Terms of service

This site is operated by Teks Co, based in India. Using the site, submitting a listing, or buying anything means you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you may bind it.

We decide what gets listed. We can refuse a submission or remove a listing. If we refuse a paid submission we refund it in full, see the refund policy.

A listing is permanent. Cancelling a subscription, taking a refund or letting a placement lapse never deletes a listing. Payment changes what is highlighted, never what exists.

Some listings start unclaimed. We build listings from information published on a product’s own website. If it is your product you can claim it, correct it, or ask us to remove it, no reason needed, no charge.

You are responsible for what you submit. That it is accurate, that you may publish it, and that it does not infringe anyone. Submitting something you have no right to is the fastest way to lose an account.

Paid tiers include a dofollow outbound link. It is granted by an editor when the listing is approved and it is revocable, if the widget comes down, the listing goes stale, or the product stops matching what we published, the link reverts. The listing itself stays live. Full detail on the link policy.

Free listings require our widget on your own site. Removing it downgrades the listing; it never deletes it.

Award badges are earned by finishing top three on a launch day or across a week. They are not for sale at any price, and attempting to buy one is grounds for removal.

Do not:

• Manipulate votes, vote rings, purchased accounts, incentivised voting
• Post reviews you did not write, or pay anyone to write one
• Submit a product you have no right to represent
• Scrape the site outside the published API and its rate limits
• Misrepresent a paid placement as editorial, or ask us to

Manipulated votes are silently discounted rather than announced. Repeat attempts cost the account and the listings on it.

You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it for the purpose of running the directory, including in our newsletter, our public API, our MCP server, and in search results and AI assistant answers that read from those. The licence ends for future use when you remove the content, but does not reach back into copies already distributed, which we cannot recall.

Prices are in USD and published in full at /pricing and /advertise. A merchant of record collects GST or VAT where applicable and issues the invoice, so your contract for payment is with them. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than the current period.

We do not promise that a listed product works, is supported, still exists, or is priced as shown. We publish what we can check and date what we checked; verification proves control of a domain or an account and is not an endorsement.

We do not promise uptime, search rankings, traffic, or that a listing will produce any particular result. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or investment advice.

Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are versioned in our repository, so every change is a dated, reviewed commit. Material changes are announced before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after that is acceptance.

Indian law governs this agreement, and disputes go to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. If you have a complaint, writing to support@aitoolsrepo.com is a faster and cheaper first step than a court, and we would rather you used it.
